I love these wheels! Was'nt a firm believer that a wheelset could change your ride.... Afte 1000 miles on these, I know I'm faster sprinting, climbing and have better handling - don't know if its all Psychological... but whatever works. I love these. Have stayed fast and true. No Maintenance and thats the type i like!

I originally bought the lesser EA50 model, but had bad luck with a factory defect. I upgraded to these wheels and have absolutely no problem! I will definitely consider Easton wheels the next time I buy another set! What's great about this wheel set are the hubs and spoke designs. They're stiff, but not uncomfortable on a 40+ mile ride. They corner very well and don't flex at all. For half the cost of the Mavic Ksyriums SL (I own those too), these wheels are a perfect substitute for non-race situations!

Bought these wheels about 3 weeks ago. had two flats within the first 50 miles. I made SEVERAL trips back to [...] for service. The problem was with the original spoke liner tape. Ended up replacing the tape on both wheels! If you buy these wheels, have the shop replace the tape with a wider version that completely covers the inside/tube contact area. So far that seems to help. Put 30 miles on this morning and no flat, so far so good! [...]

I've had my Easton EA 70 wheelset for two years. I have put over 10,000 miles on them. They are lightweight, yet will handle all road conditions. I have ridden them in fast weekday ride-till-you-drop group rides, century rides, & some mighty hilly rides. They are beginning to age, however. I'm noticing more flex in the front wheel and I've had two aluminum nipples on the front wheel break in the past 6 months. The nipples are not easy to replace as the front spokes are threaded at both ends and are sealed with Lock-tite. It's simply an inconvenience. Overall I've been pleased. Also, Easton's service when I had a problem after someone ran into me & damaged the wheel was superb!
