This wheelset looks a lot better than the stock ones currently using.

Service and delivery comments:

In the photo you can clearly see the white rim tape with the red easton text but when I received the wheelset, there was no rim tape included. I checked the easton website after purchase and in it's faq section it states: "Note that the EA50 and EA50SL’s do not come with rim strips." So if you do buy this wheelset make sure you also buy some rim strips/tape.

I bought these as an alternative for training. However, the ones I bought had a strange defect where the diameter was out of tolerance and too large for any tire to fit on. The guys at REI took a look at it and confirmed the defect. I ended up, upgrading to the Easton's EA70 wheelset for $100 more. I would probably have a better opinion on this model if I did not have the Lemon.

This is a warning to riders who want a reliable wheelset that allows for easy tire repairs out in the field. I've been riding for over 20 years and average 6,000+ miles a year on three bikes. I have never purchased a set of rims that are as poorly made as the Easton EA50 SL. I guarantee you will never fight putting tires on rims as much as these wheels. I took my bike to a local bike shop for a flat repair on the front wheel to see if the guys at the shop could change the tire without getting frustrated. It took three bike technicians and two broken tire levers before one of them could get the tire off using a Park metal tire lever. I have tried three different brands of tires, from Michelins, to Panasonic, and finally to Contenintal, with no success on these rims. I will be returning these wheels back to REI for a refund and I seriously hope that REI considers not handling this particular model of rims. Trust the other reviews that speak poorly of these rims!!!

I have broken many tire irons and pinched many tubes trying to get a tire back onto the Easton50 rims.They are impossible. Technicians can't put tires back on without use of an iron. Ultimately the rim tape underneath is being folded to expose the holes by the use of tire irons. This results in another flat. The wheels are impossible to change tires on, I would not recommend them for this reason.
