This is a pretty good probe. I haven't actually needed to use it yet but after testing it out I think it should work pretty good. It snaps together pretty easily and is a pretty racy setup. It does however seem just a little bit flimsy compared to another probe I've used before.

Fantastic probe. The handle loop makes getting it out of the bag one motion and after a quick shake and firm tug you have yourself an assembled probe ready to go.

Our AIARE L1 instructor cautioned us to avoid "thinner" probes that try to win the weight game, since if you are trying to probe a hardened debris field you could snap a less sturdy probe.
