So I just took this pack out to Enchanted Rock for an overnight packing trip. We hiked in to the primitive sights to camp on the first night. This pack did great! I was able to pack my sleeping bag, sleeping pad, jacket, food, water, and tent on and in this thing. The pack itself has eleven different buckles and 9 different compression straps so it packs well and compresses well.

The next day, we went back to the car and dropped off our camping gear for a day of hiking/ climbing. I took off the top pouch and the pack easily compressed to firmly hold the days necessities.

This pack is very versatile. Its durable, has great suspension, comfortable waist belt, changes sizes well and the kangaroo pocket is very handy. All the buckles and straps are well made and well placed. Its looks great too. Pretty much everything about the pack is very well though out. Which is the trend with Arc'teryx.

The only cons are there are no water bottle holders on the sides and there is no ventilation on the back. However, this pack is made for technical climbing so its understandable why Arc'teryx didn't add these features.

Overall, I would recommend this pack to anyone and would definitely buy it again. Its worth the money, especially when it's on sale!
