Comments about Shimano WM60 Mountain Bike Shoes - Women's:
I'm not an avid cyclist, I just got these shoes to wear to the gym for spin class. I looked around for a LONG time for a pair of comfy shoes. Was leaning toward the Sidis, but I tried them on so many times and i just couldn't bring myself to settle for uncomfort. I like to think they are comfortable for avid cyclists? So these finally came into my life and I have been loving them ever since. Have had them for 10 months and they aren't really showing any signs of wear other than a scuff or two. I don't walk in them anywhere other than inside the gym. The clip still scrapes the ground on mine even though the shoe has some nice traction on the bottom.
These are really attractive shoes when worn. Your foot will get hot, but not any more than wearing any other spin shoe.
Definitely recommend these, and seriously considering buying myself another pair because they are THAT good. Worth every penny.
PS- cycling shoes do NOT have to be uncomfortable! Don't let any salesman tell you different.

Comments about Shimano WM60 Mountain Bike Shoes - Women's:
I've tried so many shoes - I even bought some SIDIs, but never used them. These shoes are so comfortable that you can wear them all day. I'm a teacher, and on several occasions I spent whole days chasing preschoolers around while wearing these shoes. They've got just the right amount of grip, they're supportive, and they're easy to wipe off after puddles. They're also great for long rides - I was comfy all through STP last year. Buy these shoes!

These shoes are great! Like the other reviewer, I also sized down. Their size chart said I should be a 42 or 43 (I wear a size 9 shoe and normally need a 9.5 in athletic shoes), but I tried these on in the store and the 41 was a perfect fit. I love them and don't know how I managed at spin class with just regular tennis shoes before!

I only wear these to my spin class but they feel great! I'm a size 8 regularly but am a 39 in these so they run big - don't go by the size chart. My feet feel well ventilated and the shoes feel comfortable and not stiff.

Comments about Shimano WM60 Mountain Bike Shoes - Women's:
According to my shoe size (8.5) I should have ordered a 42. However, my spin teacher told me that shoes run big so I bought a 41 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and you can walk in them without the cleat hitting the floor. They make a big difference in spin class!

Comments about Shimano WM60 Mountain Bike Shoes - Women's:
I've recently discovered that Spin Class is the best cardio workout for me personally. The problem was I never had truly comfortable shoes to ride in. I read previous reviews on this particular shoe and I was sold. I'm a a size 8.5 but instead of ordering a 41, like the size chart suggested, I fit perfectly in a size 40. So I think the sizes do run a tad big. Now, I feel like my form and performance during a Spin Class is improving. I can't wait to test these out on my Mountain bike (that I hope I will be getting for my birthday real soon).

Comments about Shimano WM60 Mountain Bike Shoes - Women's:
Let me first say, that I wish I was not writing a bad review on this shoe because it is REALLY comfortable. However, this is the second time I have bought this shoe model. I had the 2008 version and now I have the 2009 version. Both models, after not even wearing them for a whole season, the sole ripped on the side of the shoe. So much so that if you step on something that isn't totally flat, the sole rips further and flops out to the side. I don't wear these walking around town, climbing up mountains, etc. I only wear them on my mountain bike and each time, the sole has ripped in the same place.

This shoe is the best cycling shoe I have ever had! It is very comfortable and looks great too. Works well for Bmx Racing also. I recommend this shoe to competitive cyclists/racers everywhere!
