Comments about Lowa AL-T Orix Lo Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
I got these to use as trail shoes and for trail running. Well I don’t think I would ever wear them for trail running unless I was out hiking and started running a little. I would not wear them to go running in. Thus cross training is not so true I guess.
When I first got them I was unsure of them, the sole seems hard at first but after a couple weeks I now like these shoes very much. I have only been hiking in them a few times (rehabbing from surgery) but they seem great on the trail. I barley feel point rocks at all and I would fee comfortable with light loads say 30 lbs and under for extended lengths. These are good kicking shoes and to beat around in. I will have to still get trail runners but I am keeping these as well.
