The fully adjustable Black Diamond Momentum AL climbing harness can be used for nearly any style of climbing during any season.
- Padded, bullhorn-shaped waistbelt is ergonomically designed for all-day comfort; soft lining won't irritate skin
- Adjustable leg loops let you add layers for cool-weather climbing and are droppable for quick entry/exit while wearing crampons, plastic boots or skis
- Four pressure-molded gear loops cleanly rack quickdraws, cams and ice screws
- Dedicated belay loop adds convenience and safety; full-strength rear haul loop allows you to trail a second rope on long multipitch routes

Got it 2 day and first thoughts were "this sure is lite", so I put it on and was impressed with the feel , weight and the ease of adjustment, both at waist and legs. Only negitive is that I must have been putting on some inches around the waist, probably should have gotten the ex-large (yikes) even tho I have enough adjustment it would be nice to have a inch or 2 more. My thoughts are get 1 size bigger or try it on in a store if you have one close by.

This harness is really light and super comfortable. I can wear it all day and at the end of the day it's still light and I'm still comfortable. It is fully adjustable in the legs, not just the waist. It fits close to the body- there's not a lot of bulkiness. After a year of climbing, I'm still happy with it in every way. No rips, stitches popping loose or material stretching. It has four semi-flexible gear loops(still very easy to clip gear onto) plus haul loop and carries a BUNCH of gear. It also looks pretty slick in my opinion. I will be buying another as a spare soon. I ordered a [M], which is supposed to fit 30"-33" waist, I have a 30" waist and it fits me fine, but a friend of mine has a 32" waist and it's a little tight. You might want to order a size up if you are near the large measurement of the size. Go to the store and try it on if you can. Great price for a super quality BD harness. You will not regret buying this one.

This harness is extremely comfortable and light, even after hours of wearing it. 4 full gear loops to hold plenty of tack. Holding up nicely, no stitching coming loose, no stretching or anything weird. No haul loop, if it matters to you, but that is not a huge deal for me. I am about to buy another for spare. Size is a tad on the tight side, you might want to go up one size.

This is a great harness! I climb a least 4 days a week almost every week, and this harness holds up great. The gear loops are strong and spaced out. Its double back style is not for starters, but worth it if you know what you're doing. Comfortable, light and easy to wear. My one complaint is the that it could use some small little places to attach things like a chalk bag to, but thats not bad once you get used to it. I've used it both indoor and outdoor, and its light weight makes it easy to bring to the local crag or gym. That, and the reasonable price, makes harness worth every cent.

This was my first harness so my opinion may not count but I have rented several and this one is by far the most comfortable and affordable harness I found. For a beginner you would be hard pressed to find a better harness. Sizing for me was right on and it has never felt restricting in anyway while climbing. As an indoor or toprope harness, it will be all you ever need. As trad or sport harness, you will need to purchase a gear sling, it has only four gear loops and those can get crowded pretty quick on longer climbs. Feels great on falls and while belaying.
