I also bought the pack it organizers to go along with this and I love it (I am a confessed over packer). It was light, stylish, and it fit so much inside. The only con about it is that I had issues making it fit in a couple of overhead compartments on a recent trip- it ended up fitting but had to get help from other passengers. I also bought the Tarmac 25" and the underseat rolling tote.

I travel every week from one to five days in the US, Latin America, and Europe. This bag is the best I have ever owned, and I’ve owned many. I have been traveling for 20 years and I bought the brand based on the no questions warranty because I go through a bag every couple of years. I have not had to worry about warranty since I have only had the bag for about six months now, and I hope I don't have to mess with it. I love the compartments in the bag, which allow me to pack shoes, shirts, and other clothing separately. I am amazed at how much I can get into the bag without stressing it. I plan to purchase the larger version of the Tarmac ES22 for longer trips, but thus far have not needed it because this one is so darn awesome. The only thing I wish I could do is put my laptop on the top of it when I am wheeling around the airport. Due to the curved top it doesn't balance very well. Having said that, if the top were not curved I suspect I would have to give some other space up inside the bag so I am happy with it as is.

This bag is well organized, holds more than you'd think and looks good. I think the quality is excellent and I'd generally recommend it to anyone. I bought the orange and gray so it's easy to identify if you check it.
My only issue with it is that it's a bit too large to fit in all overhead compartments. Specifically I took it on a two week trip to Argentina and it barely fit in the overhead compartemnt of an American Airlines MD-80 and 757 in the first class cabin.
I ended up making it fit after a lot of pushing and wedging but when I pulled it out of the MD-80 bin the little metal Eagle Creek logo badge got torn off the bag.
I also tried to fit it into the metal sizing device as I walked down the runway and found the bag to exceed the size of the sizing device.

I've owed this bag for three years now and drag it all around the world. It's construction and performance are superb. And it fits in overhead bins.
This bag has two internal pockets, plus the main compartment, which make gear easy to separate (i.e., dirty and wet from clean and dry) and also easy to organize (i.e., underwear and rubber slippers separate from shirts and jackets). The packing cubes are a must and miraculously keep gear neat. The zippers stretch and forgive, making it easy to stuff for the trip home.
I would buy this bag again in a heart beat, if it ever wore out, and recommend it highly to people who aren't afraid of doing laundry while on travel and don't want to check luggage.

Comments about Eagle Creek Tarmac Wheeled Luggage - 22'':
I have used this bag for both Business and Personal trips. On business trips its great because I only need to check one bag and then carry a backpack for the rest of my stuffs. I would NOT recommend trying to use this as a "carry-on"!!! Especially if you use the bag in the expanded form. I also used this bag for all my cloths, shoes, etc.. during a two week trip to Germany this year 08 for Oktoberfest. It was great!!! I also personally attest to its ease of being seen. After United "typically" lost my luggage I was pleased to get a comment by a Lufthansa employee that they found it in a matter of hours after noticing its "strange" color. Or at least that's what I "think" I translated...lol
