        One of the straps on my shoe broke the second time I wore them. It looked like it was sewn to the top of the show with two rows of thread. I'd thought it was a solid strap across. Kind of a bummer.

          These sandles have been durable and comforable. They are cooling to feet yet dignified, kind of a casual dress sandal. I don't think they'd adequtely drain to be worn wet and the ankle srtrap is obviously not designed for demanding off the sidewalk endeavors. Great for bbq, the zoo, sightseeing, etc. Just a tad narrow. With socks, you should consider ordering up.
