Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
2 cup mark is the line between the rounded area and the cylinder area. Handy since most dehydrated meals call for 2 cups. MSR fuel canister (8 oz Iso-Pro) fits neatly inside (wrapped with clean sock as not to trash the inside)
Fill to the top for perfect amount for a Nalgene full of coffee when using the coffee press-bot. Super light weight. Comes with nylon bag that holds my Snow Peak Giga stove and wind screen as well the pot.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
I got rid of all the other cooking utensils I had when I bought this and a titanium cup. It takes up a little room, but I usually fill the space with other accoutrements so the space is not wasted. I really like the light weight.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
Perfect size to fit 220g gas cartridges (and stove if small). Rounded base makes pot more stable, structurally stronger, and I imagine better heat transfer. Cover to hold in heat. Pours better than plain pot. Super light. My favorite piece of cookwear.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
I did a side-by-side comparison on my home stove, comparing time to boil water with the skillet I had been using to prepare my tea water. This great little teapot took no more time to heat the same amount of water. It's got a nice lid and the wider bottom for more surface area at the flames; this also provides more stability. I use this now at home when I'm not camping to prepare water for tea. It would be good for soup too, as has already been pointed out in other reviews. The lid is tight enough for packing purposes, and won't come loose in your pack.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
This is a great kettle. Easy to pour. I am also able to fit my snowpeak fuel, stove and my folding spork inside the kettle. Then I put my stove windshield on top and another fuel bottle all inside the kettles bag. No wasted space!
The only improvement I would recommend is adding some measurements to the inside of the kettle.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
This Titanium Teapot by REI is great! I bought it for my wife a few years ago, and we always take it with us while backpacking, car camping, or on the road. It is very lightweight, sturdy, and stable. I use it often to boil water for coffee, and it pours nicely into my French press. It looks nearly as good as when I purchased it, although it shows some wear on the bottom from the heat. I am sure I will own it my entire life. There really isn't anything I can complain about. it is great for the minimalist who doesn't want to carry heavier items while backpacking. It seems to boil water very quickly as well. I'd highly recommend it.

I agree with all the reviews so far. This little tea pot is the perfect size. Holds the 220 gram cannister and holds just the right amount for a cup of coffee and mountain house meal.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
A great item for minimalists who want a little more volume capacity than the traditional titanium mug. I use it as both a pot and a mug. I love the rounded sides near the bottom which help accommodate your fuel canister (stored inside). Very stable, very light, and very compact. Allows you to go ultralight but still usable when you want to cook for more than 1 person. Only used once but seems very durable. Lid is great and holds tight, and the spout pours perfectly with no running or dripping. Highly recommended. Would have given 5 stars if it had graduated markings for volume, which could come in handy.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
Me and my wife used this as our only cooking utensil for 3 days on our last camping trip. It's light, easy to clean, stable. We mainly used it to heat water for coffee, tea and porridge. We also heated soups and chili with ease, but be sure to not overheat, and to clean it right after.

Comments about REI Ti Ware Teapot - 0.8 Liter:
Needed to downsize to something that better fit my needs. To boil water for meals and beverages. This fit the bill perfectly and nests a fuel canister as well. Major plus is that it DOES NOT have a non-stick coating. For the price with a coupon code from gearmail and it being Titanium it cannot be beat.
