Comments about Big Agnes Skinny Fish +20 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
I have purchased many Big Agnes products and all of their semi rectangular bags are cut to nearly the same dimensions. They are great for back sleepers, who sleep very warm, and like room to move around in. That is a very small segment of the population. I am of very typical dimensions having a 42" chest and 51" shoulders...not excessively large or small for an adult male. I have found that I am not comfortable in any bag with a shoulder girth of less than 60 inches and currently use a bag of 62". That is after purchasing this bag and realizing that I paid dearly for the luxury of space. A 70" girth was just too much space for me to heat without taking a blanket along too. As a self proclaimed warm sleeper, I couldn't use this bag past the high 30's. That says a lot about its usability.
Now if you happen to be a very broad shouldered person in the upper 50's in your shoulders, these bags might work for you. If you only car camp in the summer, this will be a great bag for you, but it isn't doing anything a coleman bag at 1/3 the cost wouldn't do. If you want a three season bag with the pad built in, try spending a little more and go with their 0 degree bag and you will probably be just right. If you think you can sacrifice on some of the extra space, try Big Agnes' mummy line. They are still 66" of shoulder girth and they have a tapered, mummy pad built in instead of the rectangular one. But if you really want to save weight, you will want to go with a traditional mummy bag between the 59"-62" shoulder girth range and see the difference in the how it heats up and how little it is in your pack.
Other grips to keep in mind...
With the pad and bag fixed together, remember that the hood is fixed upwards. That means that if you sleep on your side, your face will be buried in the hood and you will have an ear sticking out, somewhat undesirable for many people. I have heard the statistic that upwards of 70% of people are side sleepers, so you might want to consider that.
Also I have had the zipper snag on me several times and the while they say like bags can zip together, it is less desirable that you would think.

Comments about Big Agnes Skinny Fish +20 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
I have used the Skinny Fish for an entire season now and it has held up great. I haven't noticed any sort of excess wear and the bag still looks brand new. The bag has kept me warm down to 30 degrees with a Big Agnes Insulated Air Core as my pad. The synthetic fill has performed really well and the best part is the bag is almost all recycled! The bag/pad system is too comfortable to pass up.
