Comments about The North Face Blue Kazoo +15 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
I used this bag twice. Once on the river when it got down to 35degrees and my feet were COLD. The next time I used it with a bag liner and it got down to 25degrees and my feet were REALLY cold. I upgraded from the Aleutian and kinda wish I never wasted my money....
It looses lots of feathers too. On the plus side it is very light, and compresses down to the size of a mini basketball!

Comments about The North Face Blue Kazoo +15 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
This sleeping pad is great! It has everything I hoped it would and more. After taking it to Alaska for 3 weeks and never getting cold or uncomfortable, I knew this sleeping bag would be the one I would always use. The only downside is the fact that no compression sack is provided. Also, it is quite pricey. However, for the quality, I am very impressed.

Comments about The North Face Blue Kazoo +15 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
I took this bag out on my first backpacking trip. I did the first 40 miles of the AT over 4 days. Two of those days it rained and a third day it snowed all day. This bag handled it like a champ!
It's so easy to set up and pack out.
It weighs next to nothing and packs down to an unbelievably small size.
In two days of rain, I never got wet in this bag.
I did get snowed on, but that was due to a drafty shelter, not the bag. Even though I slept in temps in the mid teens, the bag kept me nice and warm, even though all my clothes and water had frozen solid.
I'm not a huge fan of mummy bags because I like to turn over on different sides during the night. But, with this bag, even turning over didn't make me lose warm spots or get uncomfortable.
I'd recommend getting a small inflatable pillow though..I tried to just use an extra jacket I brought and it didn't work out so great for neck support.
Overall, this is a great bag and I great wait to use it more and more!

Comments about The North Face Blue Kazoo +15 Sleeping Bag - Regular:
I was really worried after reading the first review on this bag but after spending some nights in the high teens low twentys range Im stoked on this bag.I used it in my camping hammock and on the ground in the Middle Prong Wilderness Area in WNC and it kept me plenty warm. No cold spots and plenty of room made this a great bag for me. I was really disapointed at how easily the zipper would snag.Thats a bummer a 3am and the wind is howling and I'm trying to get zipped back up.We picked it up on sale so it was an awesome deal.
