Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
I love all Chacos but these are probably my favorite. I like being able to slip them on and having them stay on. I have the ZX/2 and they irritate a few spots on my feet but the Hipthong does not do that. I have them in Pebble and they look great with everything. I'd get a pair in black next.

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
These sandals are an excellent casual sandal. Since I am a big fan of the chaco leather flip, as soon as I saw these in brown, I had to have them so I could have brown sandals that could stand to be wet and have the support of the Z/1 and Z/2 with the cross over straps. I just went on a cruise and they were the shoe I wore the most - they went with everything but formal attire! They were great on the beach or walking around the streets of ports.

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
The hipthongs are my favorite pair of Chacos. I own the flips flops as well as the Z1 sandals, but the hipthongs are the best of both. They have the great sole and arch support of the Z1's as well as the easy on and off of the flips. They are cute, but comfortable and rugged enough to wear all day long camping, to the zoo, etc. Definately a fantastic purchase.

Couldn't decide between this one, or the flip flop - so glad that I got this one because the sole is thicker and the adjustable strap is great. I need sturdy shoes because of pronation and this shoe provides stability.

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
tried these on as a whim and because they felt good bought them spur of the moment at the beginning of a casual trip in hot dry weather last june. no regrets - didn't wear any other shoes except running shoes (for running) rest of the week.
can't wear them outside as much at home, but still think they're great. the adjustable cross-foot strap lets you tighten or loosen the fit depending on need. definitely more like a shoe/sandal than flip-flop but with flip-flop convenience. has a "real" sole with support.
previous chaco experience: liked chaco z1/z2, didn't like zong
thought these looked weird at first but now i think they look cool. the fact that they work so well didn't hurt. definitely a great example of functional design.
sizing experience: normally 5.5/36/36.5/standard width/higher arches - size 6 in these has been fine - generous fit but not too big. My older z1/z2s were both size 5.

I love these sandals! I have several pair of Chacos and two pairs of the Hipthong.
I wear them to hike and camp as well as out on the town. Very versatile and cute, goes with most things! Super comfy as well.

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
This are hands-down the best shoes I own!! I bought mine about six weeks ago, and I can only think of a handful of days I haven't worn them since then, and those days involved new snow. They are extremely comfortable and I feel great walking any distance in them. I have low arches, and at first they were a little too supportive, but now that my foot has adjusted to them they are phenomenal. I recently went to the Caribbean, and these were the only shoes I wore the entire trip, in and out of the water. Worth every penny!

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
The Hipthong is my favorite Chaco style and the only style I own. I have a pair for indoor use, which allows for superb arch support all day long. I also have my outdoor pair that I can get dirty and can take more wear and tear.
I have been on my feet in these shoes for a fourteen hour day without and foot sourness or fatigue.
It took my feet a little bit of break in time to get use to the straps, but I probably have more sensitive feet that most.
It is very easy for me to sell these shoes to friend and customers.

Comments about Chaco Hipthong Sandals - Women's:
My feet are happy when I put these on, I have serval pairs thongs of a similar price point-including Chaco's and Keen's and these are by far the most supportive and comfortable-adjust the straps for the custom fit and feet are in heaven.
