Comments about Outdoor Research Rampart Rain Jacket - Men's:

I really like this jacket. It's very simple and light. There is no lining in it, leaving no internal pockets. You have 2 hand pockets plus a chest pocket. You'll probably be wearing a pack, so I could care less about that. It does get a little clammy on your skin when in hot rainy weather. Just wear a light long sleeve shirt, and you're set. The vents come from your bicep all the way to the waist, which i really like. Can vent the pits, and then put your waist strap under the jacket, leaving pockets very accessible.

Looking at buying the rampart pants as well...unfortunately rei doesn't seem to carry them. I really like the blue by the way!
