    Comments about Seattle Sports Kayak Fishing Anchor Kit:

    It's small and compact. I use mine every time I take my kayak out. I have a 14' kayak, and it holds me in place without any problems. I fish in larger open waters as well as streams/rivers, and I have no problems.

    I don't use the rigging it came with. It's too hard to manage the anchor in choppy water when it's hanging in the front or back of the kayak. I just keep end of the rope tied to my seat hardware and toss the anchor overboard.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
