The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Oakley Hijinx Sungalsses:
I really did like these sunglasses until they were stolen.
FIT:
Large Frames for wider faces. But they may not fit everyone perfectly. They did let some light leak-in.
we're not all anglo-saxons with narrow faces, and the "Asian-Fit" demographic is an untapped market.
LENSES:
The signature version that REI carries have a warm gray tint and were great at showing subtle variations between colors, (even more so that the 3 different smiths I've had over the last five years)
These are not polarized, so if you need glare protection for skiing or boating... look elsewhere...
EAR STEMS:
Smooth and may slip off your head when sweaty.
OVER-ALL:
Good sunglasses, but the buyer should try these on in the store before purchasing. Otherwise REI has a great return policy.

Comments about Oakley Hijinx Sungalsses:
woefully inadequate protection from sun and snow glare. Oakley customer service totally unsympathetic to my needs, unwilling to exchange lenses, nothing but "policy" excuses. $20 mall kiosk glasses are kicking this pair's butt all over town. [...]. total failure, and glad to let you know about it.Between wearing these or nothing, I see better with nothing.ripped off / very angry.this product is a joke, unfortunately I am the butt of it. not funny.

Comments about Oakley Hijinx Sungalsses:
Very Comfortable, the design of the frame seems to distribute the weight evenly preventing hot spots that cause headaches. Great coverage, I have used them for many high speed activities and have had no debris get into my eyes. The only down side for me are the lenses are a little too light in super bright light, living in Colorado and spending a lot of time on snow it gets pretty bright. I like the sunglasses enough that I purchased a pair of new darker lenses from Oakley.
