These women's tall Libra cargo pants from The North Face are easy to wear whether running daily errands or tromping around the English countryside.

Pure and naturally durable cotton construction breathes well for comfort in warm weather
Garment-washed for pleasing softness from the first wearing
Features a regular-fit waistband with belt loops and a zipper fly with off-set double button closure
Plentiful pocket space: front hand pockets and rear welt pockets with hidden rip-and-stick closures; single cargo pocket has zipper for security
Tabs and double buttons at pant cuffs allow you to roll pants up to two different lengths for the capri length of your choice

I am a stay at home mom of 3, and these are the pants I have been seraching for! They compliment my figure, and are very comfortable taking kids to the park, the zoo, hiking, anywhere! I have trouble finding pants that are long enough, and these "talls" are perfect. They fit wonderfully around the waist, which is tricky after having 3 kids. I would recommend these to every woman I know. I own 2 pair, and am considering getting a third. The only drawback is that they stretch out a little while wearing them, but that is the only complaint.

I am an archaeologist and spend on average 10 months (at 40 hours a week) outside. This includes walking 10 to 15 miles a day, trekking over rough terrain, climbing over barbed wire fences, kneeling to dig, etc. Needless to say I am always in search of pants that can put up with outdoor wear and tear. And while in my line of work, clothes don't last too long, these pants are extremely comfortable and in hiking conditions last a long time. The one down side is that when they get damp it takes a while for them to dry out. I have recommended these pants to all the women I work with and have bought three more pairs to stock up on.

These pants are great, very comfortable and stylish. A plus is that the fabric sheds water for a short time -- if you spill something, brush it off in a few seconds and it won't soak in or stain. They seem to run very large; I am a 4-6 and had to buy a 2 in these. The biggest problem is that the front pockets are basically useless. They're so shallow that anything and everything falls out of them as soon as you sit or squat down. Don't put anything you care about in these pockets! Also, the side cargo pocket has a very sharp metal zipper that will scratch your hand -- I just took scissors and cut it off. Overall these are very nice pants.

I'm a nature photographer and absolutely love these pants. Wish they offered more than 2 colors; I'd order more if they did! This is the best pair of pants I own for outdoors... They not only feel great, but I got a ton of compliments in these pants. The cut is comfortably generous - not too much... just enough to allow you to move while looking great! I'm 44 years old and love to find a rare gem like these. What a great investment.
