This is a great idea, but it doesn't grip a stick as well as needed to handle the weight of hot dogs (the fork rolls on the stick and the hot dog falls off). It would probably work for marshmallows but the first night out meal of hot dogs was a failure using this product.

What's a family camping trip without hotdogs and smores. This works great and is incredibly small, light, and useful! This makes finding the right stick a breeze! The plastic prong cover is great so I can pack it up and not worry about it damaging anything. Gotta give it up to this grandpa ~ he was one cool guy!

Great addition to your camping gear! I've only used it once but it's exactly what I wanted. Perfect for those of us who have to have marshmallows or s'mores with a campfire.

After I lost 1/2 a marshmallow to the stick (it was the best I could find) I was really excited to find this!!

I've used this once and it worked out great! Nice little accessory for those who just have to have marshmallows or s'mores around a campfire. After loosing 1/2 my marshmallow to a stick (way too big a stick but it was the best I could find) I was thrilled to find this!!

Can't wait to use it more!
