These pants are a great for what I was looking for.

These pants aren't breathable and act like a sleeping bag when rolled up.
But, what do you expect, they are waterproof.

Oh, and they were a VERY reasonable price for the quality.

-The reflection on these pants is excellent
-The mesh liner in the pants eliminates that sweaty, wet, rain gear feeling
-Tapered legs help keep the pants out of the chain
-Great for cold / wet condition
