Comments about Arc'Teryx Hercules Hoodie Jacket - Women's:
I just replaced a former softshell of 8 years with the Hercules Hoody and am beyond pleased. I just spent 3 days touring and skiing in the backcountry on a hut trip and I was dry, happy and most of all warm. Where my friend's jackets were waterproof and they became wet and drippy, my softshell transferred excess heat and breathed wonderfully - so I stayed dry and happy. My jacket was positively the envy of everyone on the trip. it sheds the snow also, so no problem there as well - although the snow in Idaho and Wyoming generally is a bit drier and not as moisture filled as say on the West Coast. Anyhow, very thankful and extremely psyched on my new Arcteryx Hercules Hoody!

Comments about Arc'Teryx Hercules Hoodie Jacket - Women's:
I use this jacket as a casual jacket most often, however, I do wear it when I'm running and on bike. It's cut a little short sometimes when i'm riding my bike but overall it's been pretty awesome!
I think some folks complain that it's cut too small, however, it is a performance jacket. It's meant to be streamline and fit well. If you are going to wear it with lots of bulk underneath you should go up a size.

Comments about Arc'Teryx Hercules Hoodie Jacket - Women's:
After living in Seattle for 7 years, I finally buckled in and bought a waterproof jacket. I would never have considered forking over[$] for a soft shell, but I had a hefty gift card that allowed me to be picky with my purchase. The Arc'Teryx Hercules Hoodie Jacket is probably one of the most comfortable jackets I have ever worn. It keeps me very warm in the cold, and it is lightweight, and soft. The only thing I would warn others about is that the front portion of the jacket is short, leaving Arc'Teryx impressions of running small. I normally wear a size XS or S, but had to opt for the Medium because the jacket was too short. Now the sleeves are a bit long, but I'd rather be comfortable than show my midriff in the cold. Just be sure to try it on a few times over a reasonably long sleeve before purchasing. Overall, a good purchase!
