  • Breathable full-grain Cabrio leather uppers are oiled for water-resistance and durability; leather-lined, padded collars add comfort across insteps
  • Oiled leather may occasionally appear to have light scuffs—rub lightly with fingertips to smooth out scuffs
  • Leather uppers are securely stapled to the bases for durability
  • Protective polyethylene heel counters offer lateral stability and act as natural shoe horns, letting heels move up and down while walking
  • Sturdy thermoplastic polyurethane toe boxes protect feet from bumps and enhance durability without compromising free toe movement
  • Nonallergenic, vegetable-tanned leather sockliners wrapped around Poliyou® synthetic foam footbeds manage moisture
  • Poliyou footbeds consist of a breathable, recycled EVA foam for cushioning; antimicrobial treatment controls odors

      I worked in a hospital ER, and these are the ONLY shoes I found that did not leave my feet, back, or legs hurting at the end of a 12 hour shift. I tried several types of shoes, and they all left me in pain. I recommend these to anyone who has to be on their feet for hours at a time.

        Forget what you have heard or already know about walking! These shoes will change it all! You will slip them on and your feet will not know what hit them! Not only will they be totally darling and practical looking, but you will literally feel like you are walking on a cloud of butter! I will never go back! True to size, so comfy, very durable, a great value! I tell everyone I know they must be their next shoe purchase, and it will be the last for a while!

          This shoe is a must for every wardrobe - it adds height in a stylish way that does not attract undue attention to itself. It is easy to put on and take off - a necessity for airport travel and visiting homes where shoes are removed before entering. The footbed on this shoe is so comfortable that I prefer to be wearing the shoes than to go barefoot. They last and last making the initial investment well worth it.

            I absolutely LOVE this shoe! I wear it almost every season but the summer when I wear Dansko sandals! It's super comfortable and gives good arch support.
            The only thing I would suggest is to try on a few pairs of the same size. These are hand made so there are variations even within the same size. I had to try on four pairs of size 39's to find the right combination for me.

              I've been wearing these shoes for 15 years, I have several colors. They don't seem to ever wear out or go out of style. I have bought many different comfort shoes over the years but none can compare with these. You can wear them year round and they are the best for long periods of being on your feet. Once you try them you'll be collecting all the many colors.

              work in the emergency department and need shoes that are comfy all day and can be cleaned easily. body fluids come right off and I never worry about something sharp going through my shoe, stepping in a puddle, spills (as opposed to crocs)

                This particular Dansko is famous, no doubt about. Comfortable, durable. For my 7.5 size feet, I got size 38 (I wear 37 of other Dansko style), and that's why I marked them as "Feel 1/2 size too small" Great, great shoes. One little tiny drawback - the black dye inside stained my thin socks when my feet perspire (a little).

                  Dansko clogs are wonderful shoes- they are supportive and comfortable all day, and look great too! Even though they are more expensive than other shoes, they last forever! I polish mine once in a while to keep them looking brand new.
