I love this jacket. I do think that it runs slightly small overall as I had to wear a large size jacket when I usually wear a medium in any other clothing. It fits me very well overall, with the larger size.

It is easy to remove the sleeves when it warms up during the day. It is bright in color (I have yellow) and has reflective materials on various parts of the jacket. However, it could use more reflective stuff, as noted by another reviewer. The jacket resists rain well but in a heavy downpour you would probably get wet (Haven't experienced heavy rain). This is the perfect clothing for wearing as a vest or a jacket, very versatile in many types of weather.

I'm more than an avid cyclist, trying to ride whenever I get a chance. This jacket is excellent. If you get to hot, pop the sleeves off. Get to cold, zip the collar up around your neck and increase heart rate. The jacket could have more reflective material. I haven't need to use the rear pocket. I like magnets and the way it vents. If you only had one jacket to buy this is it. I ride even in 30 degree weather and need to get another jacket for these temps. This one will work good to about 40 degrees when dressed properly.
