    I love these OXT Fitness Pants that our friends at REI designed. Flattering and fashion-forward for the athletic gal. I wear these on walks, at the gym, at outdoor workouts in local parks - even around town. The only downsides are:

    1) they're not waterproof or water-resistant (which would've been a nice plus in rainy Seattle, but it's not like anyone said they were)

    2) the waistband rides down when I run, so I have to keep tugging it up. Now I don't have a slim middle (in fact, it's kind of the opposite), so this came as a surprise to me. Too bad - since I'd really like to run in them.

    Otherwise, I love these pants for lower impact workouts. Enjoy!

      I bought last year's version of these pants on sale and had to return them - the fit wasn't very flattering. (Tapered legs!)
      Then I found this new version and I love them! The cut is more modern, with a wide waistband and wider (bootcut?) legs that are more flattering. They seem nice and warm, great for cold-weather runs. There's also a zip pocket on the hip - a must for me!

        I have been recuperating from a total knee replacement and spend 3-4 hours at the gym or physical therapy daily and then evening exercises at home. These pants have been my wear every day wear for 3 months and have worked out great! They hold up well with multiple washes. I thought at first that they were a little short on me. I am 5'6", but in fact, I think I was wearing them a bit too high. When I adjusted that, they seemed just right.

        These pants fit when I tried them on at the store, but after washing them only once, they seems to shrink!!! I have to return them! Make sure they seem a little 'long' when you try them on!!

        If they made a longer inseam, I'd purchase them again for sure!
