This backcountry daypack carries a snowboard plus a day's worth of essentials for riding—it's slim enough to wear on a chairlift!

Snug-fitting design keeps the weight close to your body for balance on uneven terrain
Simple, three-strap system firmly carries your snowboard on the back; stowable diagonal straps hold alpine or backcountry skis

This pack is very well made and has proven useful for many more things than I ever thought it would. It's so nice I now own two. One for all-around use and one of the all black ones to go with my uniform. All straps tuck in to convenient pockets so they don't get snagged when bush whacking (even the outer water bottle holder). This thing is supremely designed. It is big enough to carry a pretty decent sized climbing rack and a rope can easily be strapped to the outside using the included straps. It also holds my skis/snowboard and ice axe securely. Only thing I wish is they made another size just a bit bigger to be used for over-night trips. Ice tool holders would be nice too. But I guess you can't have EVERYTHING. Other than that, wouldn't change a thing.

I bought this to replace my beloved Burton pack. It has twice the capacity, and several extra conveniet features(protective goggle case, easy access camera pocket). It could use some more compartments within the front pocket to keep stuff organized better...but over all well done. I made a small cut in the left shoulder strap to run my hydration hose out (rather than keeping it zipped in the compartment) which enabled me to put my Ipod mini in the zippered pocket and run the headphones out the same hole...a perfect set up for an all-day-with-no-breaks mountain trip. It is comfortable and wears like a smaller pack.
I had a couple zipper pulls break on the first use, making it so I had to pull off my gloves to access the bag which is frustrating. the zipper doesn't feel like is the most well made, but no failure yet.

Doesn't come with hydration, but is compatible with many others, I used a 70oz camelback one, worked perfectly with the bag. Awesome in that I can fit my helmet in the front compartment along with tools/other stuff, then use the big compartment for an extra layer. Does not feel big while wearing, is pretty compact for being able to carry a decent amount. Straps are awesome, definitely going to wear this pretty much all the time, mostly resort skiing (jumping into the woods whenever I get the chance). The camera case is cool as well. The goggle holder works perfect to hold my extra lens in case the weather does a 180. Really happy with it!

I bought this because I'm a patroller and this was the only pack available at the time of purch that was all black and would match the uniform. It is perfect for all my first aid stuff, the pouch for the water bladder holds my stuff in place, and the way the pack opens up, it works very well for me when working on an injured skier/boarder.

I love this pack BUT, there are so many features that have to be discovered. The manufacture lable that shows what and where features are is really incomplete. I am finding things that I have yet to figure out the actual use or possible uses. It is loaded for the ski season and ready but I will bet additional features will be found in the days ahead. I give it 5 stars - cannot do better than that.
