Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
This is an awesome binding that has proven itself in the feild. I ride everything and the bindings have taken a beating and still hold up. Burton made an excellent product and going on 5 seasons now, I'm still amazed at how easy they are to use and how well they have held up to some brutal use.

WHAT CAN I SAY...IT'S A BURTON AND IT'S SO LIGHTWEIGHT THAT WHEN YOU START DOING HALF PIPE, RAILS AND TABLE TOP YOU WON'T EVEN FEEL THE WEIGHT OF THIS BINDINGS. I HAVE THE 06-07 CARTEL BINDINGS...

Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
The Cartel snowboard bindings are lightweight, offer lots of adjustability and includes the toe capstrap which is a new feature to me. I've ridden mine for a year now and they feel great as well as comfortable. Other features include gas pedals and easy to use ratchets. The Cartel looks and works great. Definitely a step up from my old Mission SI's..

Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
These bindings will give any board a new feel. They transfer your input when and where you want it. Are supper comfortable and reliable. My little brother was fed up with snowboarding till he tried my set up: Burton Dominate and Cartels. Ride hard and enjoy the ride.[...]

I can trust that these bindings won't come out or get loose. It fits well with my boots and tightens up fine through the night.

Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
I mostly use off-piste - especially tree runs. Also a bit of park and backcountry.
I have the 05/06 model. The strap cushioning tears relatively easily, and then recently one of the toe straps broke. My previous bindings (not Burton) were much more robust and took a hammering, and were equivalent in performance.

Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
Great overall binding, very trustworthy, never need to worry about this binding. But, the lock or little hook that keeps the highback in position broke off when it got caught between a low lift chair and the hardpack snow. It happened to me with a pair of Mission bindings as well (the highback actually snapped) then I traded those in for these. They still work great even with the broken hook flying around. Beware of low lift chairs (Crystal Mtn, WA).
Comments about Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings:
great really liked the hold it had
