      I did several Treks this year and have used this shirt to sleep along with the pants that go with it. They are very light weight and take up no extra room in my pack I just put them in with my sleeping bag. They are soft and great to sleep in give you that extra warmth you need on the cold nights in the mountains. Also works well on the freezing days to put on under my hiking clothes. I get very warm so do not where to often for that. I love them so much i am getting the purple color this year.

          I was very happy with the way this top felt on. It's light, warm, comfy. I thought it maybe was true to size but I'm thinking it will shrink so I got a larger one and it is even more comfy bigger. I wear a size 10 and got the XL. Don't consider myself but that's that's what I got.
