Comments about REI Windy Peak Snowsuit - Infants' / Toddlers':
We have two of these from previous years. 3 kids. This will be the 4th winter we've used them and they still look like new. No, my kids are not angels - yes they PLAY in them and SKI in them.
The body and hood are SUPER warm with nice weight fleece. The sleeves have a nylon lining and would be the only area that might get cold. Easy on, easy off, one sturdy zipper.
They are built to last and from experience they really do.
I am in the process now of taking out the "growth tucks" and while they do give extra material on the inside lining, it doesn't buy any length on the external shell. We'll see - suspect it feels better to kid from inside, but still need shell to reach the boots!
I'd buy them again in a heartbeat if they made them any bigger!
-k.

Comments about REI Windy Peak Snowsuit - Infants' / Toddlers':
We have an REI windy peak snowsuit that is at least 7 years old. When we bought a larger size Windy Peak last winter it was actually skinnier than the old one and did not fit as well.
One thing we love though is that the Windy Peak is lined with the polar fleece and makes it very warm.
