Comments about Park Home Bench Mount Repair Stand - PCS-12:
I did not want this mounted permanently,so I made a mount that I can bolt this to and mount it in my vise.Works great.Adjusted the rear derailer on my Grandson's bike, and cleanned and lubed my chain and lubed several places on my bike.Lot easier than fighting the bike on the ground!

Comments about Park Home Bench Mount Repair Stand - PCS-12:
I have mounted this stand at the end of my workbench. There I have put road bikes, hybrids and mountain bikes on the stand to repair, clean up, put on new parts, etc.
I did not like the idea of the standalone unit, did not look sturdy to me. This unit is sturdy.
It holds the weight of a Trek 8 mountain bike with eases. It is strong enough to allow you to put the bike in different positions in order to get the best access to the area of the bike needing attention.
I wanted to use it a few times before I commented; this stand will work for your workshop. It is a great addition to the workshop and means that you don't have to ask your spouse to come and hold the bike while you do something or put it back on the bike rack.
It would be nice if it came with the bolts, but not hard to find them in my workshop. It is bolted into the 4 by 4 that supports the workbench, so not going anywhere anytime soon.
