This bottle is so great! I can make a boiling pot of tea at 6am and its still piping hot by 3pm. Easy to clean with a bottle brush, no plastic taste because its metal. It doesnt get hot on the outside and does not leak~! I Love this thing and it is so large it lasts all day! Definetly would recommend and buy for others.

I bought this thermos because of my recent move to Alaska. The first trip I took it on was glacier climbing with temperatures around zero. I filled it will near boiling water at 6 AM and it was too hot to drink at lunch and still steaming hot at 11 PM that night. The last trip I took it on was a two day backpacking trip where temperatures were around -10 (f) Again I filled it around 7 AM and it was way too hot to drink at 6 PM when we made camp. Of the other 4 people on the trip, no one else's thermos even came close to being as warm. All four of them ordered one when we got back.

As few items as I bring, I cannot bear to leave this at home. I know it's silly, but I love making hot coffee and sipping it over time, or even many hours later.
I have made coffee in the morning, forgot about it, fished/canoed all day, and enjoyed the coffee piping hot late that very evening.
I use it at home too. I make coffee in the morning and take it with me to my kids soccer games.
I love this item. I just have to figure a way to hike in the back country without this luxury item.

I am a motorcyclist that was getting tired of carrying a cooler with me to keep water cold. It was eating up alot of luggage space. Now I can keep a liter nice and cold for hours, and the bullet bottle fits in my tank bag, but just barely. It's 12 inches long, so you may want a smaller one for hiking or the gym. But if you need 1 liter capacity, this is what you want to buy. At the store I'll get a bottle of water and pour it in. And by the time it's gone, it's still about the same temp. Even after 12 hours, it's still cold, but will gain a few degrees in that amount of time.

I made tea in my thermos at 7 am and didn't drink it until that evening after dinner... the tea was still wonderfully hot and fresh! I also toted it around with me all day, and it never leaked. It fits very nicely in my water bottle pouches on various bags because it doesn't have awkward handles or ridges. I recommend it to everyone!

This product is great! It holds almost a whole 12 cup pot of coffee and keeps it hot all day. I filled it this morning with coffee and 14 hours later my coffee was still steaming. That is awsome! The only down side is that the lid is not insulated so it gets pretty hot when using it as a cup.

I bought my bullet bottle at the Nashville REI store and have carried with me on fly fishing trips in the Great Smoky Mountains, backpacking, camping, hiking trips and taking it to school in my backpack.
I carry it on a daily basis now to school everyday in my backpack. I can fill it @ 6:00 AM and have a couple of cups in the morning and then 1 on the way home! It keeps it hot all day.
