    I use this product daily before and after workouts. It greatly enhances breathing during cardio workouts. I personnally feel it is nothing short of amazing. I have been an avid user of Race caps for four years and have no intention of ceasing use.

    I follow the directions on the bottle and take 3 capsules (for my body weight, less for less weight) about 1 hour before my workouts. I find that this is one of the few products where I can detect a legitimately noticable improvement in my performances. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for performance gains or simply wanting an added boost for any activity from a hike to a bike ride. Race Caps will make the experience more enjoyable!

      I have used Hammer Nutrition Race Caps Supreme for years. I take them an hour before a hard training effort and races and it is almost unfair. I am able to go longer and harder with out any cramping or fatigue.

        I use Race Caps (1-2 per day) when I am doing one or more hard workouts a day. I also use Race Caps one hour before a triathlon or long distance race. I've found that Race Caps help combat muscle fatigue and seem to raise my lactate threshold as well.
