HEED contains a complete electrolyte profile to eliminate cramps, is tasty enough (and safe) for kids, and the single-serving package is easily portable. Heed has a perfect consistency for those wanting something easy to digest and drink. The nutrition is spot-on and the slow digesting carbs provide energy without a mega sugar rush. I love the individual packets because they are easy to bring when traveling or to use before a race.

Everyone's taste is different. This product is far too thin for my tastes. It tastes very salty, has a fake sugar taste and has an almost carbonated feeling in the mouth. Flavors are very un-appealing to me. I wish I could get this product down without feeling like I need to spit it out.
