The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Dry Pak Camera Case - Small:
I recently purchased a couple of these bags for a cruise we took and found the bags came in very handy during our shore excursions. We went tubing in Jamaica and I was able to record video and take photographs. It's a little awkward to position the camera in the bag, but with practice, you can get some decent photos. I completely submerged the bag many times in the water (river and ocean) and didn't have any "water drop" issues other mentioned. It is important to note that according to the manufacturer, the "optical grade plastic" is good, but even they say you may get a haze and NOT to use a flash. Another tip, allow the bag to dry completely before removing your camera. It's quite possible this is where the water drops came from mentioned by others. Overall, it's great protection (we also carried our money, seapass cards, credit cards in these bags) for a great price.

Comments about Dry Pak Camera Case - Small:
I bought this for a trip to Hawaii. The strap made the bad and camera easy to carry while on a high speed boat traveling along the coast. Day time pictures were fine but flash does not work well due to a reflection from the bag. It claims to be photo quality plastic, but I'm not that confident of that.
I also risked using this bag to protect my bag while snorkeling. The first time it worked pretty well for the amount of time spent in the water. My camera seemed fine though it did have a small drop of water on the body. I made sure to wash out the bag after I used it to get out any sand in the seal.
The pictures weren't necessarily that great. It really depends on how you hold the plastic around the lens. Unless the plastic is flush against the lens you end up with these warped, psychedelic images as the light gets bent. When I had the plastic positioned correctly, the pictures were decent.
The second time I took the camera snorkeling, I noticed some condensation in the bag after getting back in the car. I probably should have removed the camera immediately after coming out of the water. There were definitely a few drops of water on the camera.
I noticed the next day that my flash did not work. I must admit I dropped the camera (in it's lightly padded case). It's not clear whether water or the impact broke the flash.
Overall, it's a good bag to have around if you're carrying a camera near water or in rain as protection. It's so-so for actually taking pictures through the plastic (depending on your technique). If you plan to snorkel/dive, however, buy a custom plastic camera housing. I will probably just use a disposable water camera next time.

I used this bag when i went kayaking in alaska.
Cons: The flash does not work very well with this bag, it gives the photo's a blue-ish tint. Also, my camera's lens couldn't completely open because of the pressure of the bag on it (canon a710), so i had to mess with the bag to give the camera enough space to let the lens pop out, or else the camera wouldn't turn on.
Pros: this bag worked great when water was splashing onto the camera. It protected extremeley well against rain and splashing form the lake. I don't know if i'd feel safe dunking the whole camera in the lake though. But it was great for what i used it for and do not regret purchasing it at all!

I had heard some negative reviews about this product so I was a bit worried to use it. I put an old broken camera in the bag and held it underwater to test the product. No leaks, no water.
I used this product so that I could take photos with my digital camera underwater while snorkeling in Iceland. Although I had to work with pressing the plastic against the lens to prevent fuzzy images, without using flash I got some really great photos.

Dont use these bags to take pictures through them. They always get dirty during the trip, either by water droplets on the bag, dirt from the water getting on the bag resulting in smudges, dirt from your hands/fingers, etc. This is, however, a good bagd to protect or store your small electronic devices during a trip. I dont see much use for this product since it has relatively small storage space. I would recommend getting the slightly larger one to store more things or larger items as needed (the larger one can store a GPS, this likely could not). All of the bags of this type form a tight seal, which is nice.

I used this bag for kayaking in monterey bay. It does provide a good seal for when it splashed with water. However the camera is being jostled around in this large bag. Furthermore, you cannot take pictures through the "quality plastic" Its like taking a picture through a ziplock bag. You can see the bag in the pictures.
