REI Members get back an estimated 10% on this item as part of their annual member refund.

The REI Member Dividend

The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.

Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

by fromPerfect addition to a rack For the price and convenient length, you can't go wrong with this. I cut it into lengths of 15, 10, and 5 feet and use them for anchoring, and even a makeshift harness if needed. True, you can by it by the foot for a bit cheaper, but it's nothing to complain about.

by fromNice convenient little package Its very very convenient to sell webbing in a nice 30 ft package like this. Normally you'd have to guess how much you needed and order it by the foot or you'd have to buy it in bulk by the spool. Get 30 ft and cut it as you need it, but still not have more than you need sitting on a spool someplace. I'm using it to make slings for use as setting up top ropes on rock ledges and up in trees for safe recreational tree climbing. I'm also very pleased with the nice rust color, none of those loud bright colors.

by fromIt's 1" Webbing It's prepackaged for convenience. If you can't find someone at the counter or are in a hurry you grab this. If you have a problem with the price, don't buy it, it's pretty simple.

by fromGreat webbing This webbing comes in a convenient package size. 30 ft is just the right amount to make a harness and still have enough left over for making a sling or two. Only a real cheapskate would complain about the price of this item. If you want cheap then why not just wait for someone to cut you a length.

by fromI CANT BUY ENOUGH OF THIS WEBBING I just cant buy enough of this stuff whether its for anchoring a top rope for a day at the crag or using the BlueWater Webbing to hang my hammock between two trees for unlimited adjustments and all the length you will ever need to relax anywhere you want. this tubular webbing is the best that I know of on the market for when it comes down to the line.

by fromoverpriced It is worth noting that this pre-cut 30' length is more expensive than getting 30' at the per-foot price. This is kind of a dirty trick, as most people expect package deals to be more economical.
