The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
Bought this case to protect and carry my digital camera. End up dropping the camera when openning the case. The bag is not pratical. Better off carrying the camera. The smaller version 10w is too small this one is just a tad big. But even if it fit snug, I still would not recommend it. Don't waste your money on this product. If you must get a case, get one that has a slimmer profile, this one is just bulky.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
This little pouch works great to protect my little camera while traveling and in the backcountry. The fact that it has an all-weather cover was a real plus and it really does work well. If you're going to use a case for a small camera, this is about as good as you get. I like that it has some extra room for storage of extra memory or keys, etc. Cons are the zipper opening (maybe a more secure way of getting it in and out--I keep thinking that the camera will fall out while I'm zipping it up) and the strap is not great.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
This case keeps my point and shoot camera protected from weather and impact yet easily accessible on my chest when skiing, climbing, traveling, etc. I attach a plastic clip to the camera wrist strap and clip that to the strap loop on the case. When I open the zipper, usually with one hand, I can put the strap on my wrist before unclipping the camera - thus I am completely protected from dropping the camera. If it falls out, it will just dangle from the case. I am often using this in steep places with only one hand available and I feel completely secure in using the camera. For quicker shots, I shorten the case shoulder strap so I can just lift the clipped-in camera to my eye and take the shot without detaching the camera from the case. I like that AW30 (larger size) case has enough room to carry my Canon 650 is with 4 spare AA batts, extra SD cards, a tiny tripod, and a Leica lens cleaning pen. This is my entire camera kit for a a 2 week trip to Europe or a week on the Haute Route.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
I bought this case for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7. The camera is a snug fit and doesn't allow you to carry much of anything else in the front compartment. I can get an SD card and spare battery into the bag but not much else. The case is a little bulky but it is well padded and protects the camera nicely. The pull-over rain cover is a very nice feature and the primary reason why I bought this bag. It tucks away neatly into its own pocket when not in use. Another plus is the double velcro belt loop which I use to attach the bag to my backpack waist belt. This is a very nice bag and I recommend it to those who want to protect their camera from the weather.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
Judging by the dimensions, it looked as if this would work for a Canon PowerShot SX120. It does not. I will have to return it. Be sure that's an option (REI members only) if you're not 100% sure about size.

Comments about Lowepro Apex 20 AW Camera Pouch:
I like to camping and excursion and want to choose a camera pouch with very good protection in order to resist drops, bad weather and abuse. I think i made the3 best choice. My camera is a Canon Powershot SD880. Now I'm looking a similar pouch for my Videocamera VIXIA HF10
