Ideal for the climber aspiring to move onto bigger and better things, Petzl® Adjama climbing harness is built for safety, comfort and dependability.
- Amateur to expert climbers who enjoy mountaineering, glacier travel and long alpine rock and ice routes will enjoy the nimble comfort of Adjama
- Frame Construction design uses webbing tape along waistbelt and leg loops for strength and support; area between tape distributes weight evenly
- Design provides ventilation and comfort on warm days; polyester webbing tape won't absorb moisture and is highly abrasion resistant
- Polyethylene/EVA foam padded waistbelt and leg loops are extra resilient for lasting comfort
- Perforations in foam and woven polyester 3-D air mesh lining aid in ventilation and fast drying, while reducing weight and chafing
- DoubleBack buckle system provides an extra margin of safety by allowing adjustments while maintaining the correct double-back configuration
- Offset waist buckle keeps the belay area clear of obstructions; one-handed buckle adjustments assist in getting the harness on and off easily
- Safety-colored green belay loop with tie-in illustration and reinforced tie-in points help reduce tie-in errors and increase strength
- High-strength mono-filament nylon mesh on exterior of harness aids in load distribution and provides excellent abrasion resistance
- Droppable seat makes it easy to answer nature's call while remaining tied in to rope; haul loop on back and tool slot on belt
- 2 molded, rigid gear loops on the sides and 2 backpack-friendly soft gear loops on back help organize gear and reduce pressure points
- The Petzl Adjama climbing harness includes a reusable mesh storage pouch

The harness is amazing. Fits true to size. I am a size 30 waist so the small fit perfectly. I love the cinch buckle because it makes it quick and easy to put on. Its is super breathable but very sturdy. I have never felt so comfortable in a harness!!

Very light and breathable. I mostly use mine indoors but it works the same outdoors for 100 ft sport climbs. I am tall and skinny but i wear a small which is weird because i would expect a medium or large. I wear mine high above the hip bones and it is generally comfy when hanging on the wall. Once its broken in, it is like a little chair that catches your falls.

This is a solid harness that is very comfy for long sessions. I have climbed and belayed a few hundred routes in a training session and I felt nothing left over from the harness. For projecting and hangdogging, whether on the rock or on belay, this harness is really comfortable. The buckles are a light weight addition but I like the adjustment.

I may have purchased a size too large in retrospect as I have lost a waist size or two since purchasing. I have found that in very hot weather, such as Nashville of late, the harness tends to change position when belayed. I attribute this to a problem on my end rather than the harness..... I would; however, recommend this product for any new or recreational climber.

I have used Petzl gear for 15+ years. My first petzl harness was the Petzl Jump (best design yet!). I either go with Petzl or Black Diamond on almost all my climbing gear. From a design perspective, Petzl completely missed with this harness.
It is litterally the WORST harness I have ever had. By FAR! It is incredibly uncomfortable. It has hard points of contact in the waist band and the leg loops are completely un-ergonomic. The leg loop speed buckles loosen throughout the day, and the buckles shred the leg webbing QUICK! Mine is one month old and it is showing significant signs of wear where the speed buckles SLIP. Fuzzy already.
The rear gear loops are designed to cause your draws/cams to slide to the back! Thus being harder to reach and IN your chalk bag.
I can't believe this harness gets good reviews from some folks...have you worn it?

Best harness out there, this is my 2nd Adjama and beleve me, there is nothing better out there. Really comfy, durable and fast to put on. I've tried others from BD and MadRock but none gives a fight.
