Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
I was surprised to read the negative reviews on this. I've been using this light regularly for a year and only replaced the batteries once. I even dropped it once accidentally off my balcony. It came apart, but once I put it back together, it works just as new. I find the beam is plenty bright, especially while blinking to be seen.

Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
The beam is OK with new batteries but the unusual
switch design is defective because the battery drains rapidly when not in use.

Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
I bought the light to use for short commutes during the winter. Unfortunately, the switch must be broken b/c this thing drains the batteries whether the light is on or not. I thought I was leaving the switch on or initial batteries were bad. After a few more tests, it seems to be a bad switch on this particular model. I'm returning mine and investing in something else.

Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
This is a poorly made product. There are lights that last longer and are brighter for about [$]less.

Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
I bought this to use as a light to see and be seen. I've since learned these lights are really not used to see, which is OK. But at the same time, I don't believe I was very visible for other riders and motorists either (which is what it's intended for). Very weak light. Had to return it.

Comments about NiteRider UltraFazer 5.0 Front Bike Light:
This product is too fragile. The light turned on a couple times in my bag and burnt through the batteries quickly. Also the switch broke after two weeks.
