Comments about Super B Tool Kit:

The 1st thing to break was the crank puller... 10 minutes after U.P.S dropped the package off... Do yourself a favor and buy quality tools piecemeal, or a GOOD set

Pros

  • Good Grip

Cons

  • Bends Easily

Best Uses

Comments about Super B Tool Kit:

This has virtually every tool to take every part of your bike apart and reassemble. However, some of the tools seem a little "weak" and can bend if you apply too much pressure.

Comments about Super B Tool Kit:

Poor design. You have to assemble the chain whip every time you want to use it, or it won't fit back in the box. You assemble it with little pins that can easily be lost. The three pronged tools are designed poorly too, it is impossible to get any torque when trying to turn them. Maybe that is good for these because when I reefed on the crank puller it broke. The cassette locknut tool is terrible as well. It will slip on and off the bar, and will not maintain a good purchase on your cassette.[...]

Comments about Super B Tool Kit:

I got this kit when I started really getting into fixing and restoring old single-speed bikes with coaster brakes but didn't want to spend a ton of money. So far it has handled 85% of the things I have needed and additional individual purchases for specialized tools have made my home toolbox more than adequate for most repairs.

Comments about Super B Tool Kit:

worst product I've gotten from REI in 30 years. It really makes me wonder who, if anyone, is doing product review. You can't get the tools out or into the tool box and when they are in your hand they feel like a skinned knuckle/ stripped connecter waiting to happen BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD product.
