Comments about Nathan LED Cyclist's Vest:
As a commuter in the big city I am concerned with my visibility. The led feature on this vest is a great plus. I like that it has a flash feature.
The long tail is nice, which led me to hope that I could use it over a back pack. The elastic band for the clips on the side are long enough to accomodate going over a back pack, however, the tail is just a little bit too short for extending to the bottom edge of my pack. It tends to hike up the pack in a bunch unless weighted down by putting a light or something in the back pocket of the vest.
It has taken some time to figure out where the "on button" really is. Since the led strip slides in and out in order to change the battery, the "on button" changes positions. This a minor problem, though.
It is a great vest, I am back for a second one to give to a friend.

Comments about Nathan LED Cyclist's Vest:
I bought this vest for my 7 year old son rather than choosing a children's vest. The adjustible elastic side straps with quick release cinch down well enough to keep it on over his rain jacket (which is a nearly invisible-in-the-rain navy blue). The LED strip in back is not bright in daylight, but its color and reflective stripes are still impossible to miss.
As a bonus, I can extend the straps and he can wear it completely over his jacket and backpack while on his bicycle. We live in a high-traffic area and he rides on the sidewalk with me, but I am always concerned about motorists seeing me (in my neon yellow cycling jacket) and missing him. I'm very comfortable with him riding in it, and he says he doesn't even notice it's there.

Comments about Nathan LED Cyclist's Vest:
The vest is great, but the LED light seems poorly made. I bought this yesterday, and right out of the package there is a loose connection in the LED light. I can turn it on just fine, but any movement will cause it to turn off.
I'm going to return it and get a different reflective vest and a better-constructed LED light.

Comments about Nathan LED Cyclist's Vest:
I ordered 2 of these vests so my daughter & I could ride after dinner. The vests reflective strips are great, but save your money if you think these LED's are worth the extra money! The soldering for the connection came apart and was just very poorly constructed in general; it was very flemsy. We had to adjust the batteries to even get the LED's to light. I wouldn't recommend this one if you're getting it for the LED.
