    Comments about GSI Pressure Cooker:

It was about time that pasta cooks could have a pressure cooker to take to the outdoors. Tips: Get the water boiling, add a pinch of salt, a little oil, and add the pasta. Close and cook as many minutes as specified on the pasta label. Remove imediately, strain and serve "al dente!"

    Comments about GSI Pressure Cooker:

We just used it for the first time last night (at home in our kitchen to try it out before our camping trip). Overall, it worked great. We cooked chicken in a can of coconut milk and green curry paste and steams some vegetables with it at the end. The chicken was fully cooked, tender (shredded - maybe we cooked it too long). It was easy to clean. I think we will enjoy using this on our camping trip for some really hearty meals.

On the con side, I did notice a motor oil smell to it after use and cleaning. I am not sure if that is just an order that comes with a product being new.
