- Made from the same materials used in many custom orthotic insoles, they are strong yet lightweight and flexible
- Graphite-molded arch support provides flexible support and prevents excess movement of the foot
- Made of shock-absorbing Poron® antifungal foam that also wicks moisture away from your feet

The arch support is good for casual activities, but tends to colapse under high impact activities such as backpacking (where I would recommend the SuperFeet insoles). I use them in my everyday shoes with good success.

I have had some of these for years, they really last well. It makes a huge difference in how good my feet feel. I use them in hiking boots as well as casual shoes and found them great. I will try the other kind for my hiking boots since I read another reviewer who said there was another kind that was even better for that.
