Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
This is my first hydro pack and I highly recommend it. Plenty of storage for mountain biking. Plenty of water and room for more. Well constructed and easy to use.
*** For really cold water follow the Camelbak recommendation: fill it halfway the night before and freeze it lying flat. Fill before your activity. Voila - Cold water all day. See their website for full instructions.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
This a good, lightweight pack, ideal for road riding like it was made for. If you put cold water in, it stays cold for hours. I intially bought it(2 years ago not knowing its intended design purpose) for day hiking because of the water capacity and weight but found it to be inadequate due to the lack of food storage options in combination with a digital camera, small personal items and spare bottle(s) of water. The pouches are just enough to hold a spare tube, minor tools, wallet, keys, and bike lock, and a few small energy shots.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
I purchased a M.U.L.E. which has this same 3L 100oz. Omega reservoir. The Reservoir leaked from the outset. Camelbak's (1-man show, leave a message we'll call you back some time in the next 48 hours) warranty department, sent me o-rings that didn't work. Next they made me pay to send back my reservoir before they sent me a new reservoir. This after she asked if it was the Omega res. since they have had issues with this res. For the price and the name behind it I would expect a better quality product [...]. The cheap high sierra I purchased 3 yrs ago still functions fine.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
Used this pack on the Santa Fe Century and various road rides in New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. It was great for hiking in Arches National Park and the Colorado National Monument. Was easy to fill at camp sites, water stayed cool when the air was HOT! Plenty of storage for Cliff bars, rain gear, sun screen, wallet, keys, etc. I'm going to use it for longer road rides from now on.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
Sweet pack. It holds massive amounts of water and keeps it cold all day. The pouches allow me to take spare tubes, pump, energy bars, wallet, windbreaker, phone, keys etc. It's comfortable, secure and light. I bought it for a 340 mile 4 day trail ride, and found it to be perfect.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
I bought this pack mostly for mountain biking. It's very well made and I've found many uses for it. Great for extended yard work in the dead heat of summer. Light weight, plenty of capacity. Minimal gear storage, but that's what you want for biking and short hikes. Highly recommend the cleaning kit and washing it well before first use.

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
When riding in the technical terrain, the camelbak stays right where its supposed to be because of the construction and fit. The padding on the back breaths nice. Great over all. Would recommend the Lobo to anyone who doesn't need to carry alot of extra gear. Great for mountain biking for sure. It has enough room for an extra tube , bike tool compass and a bit more. Great stuff

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
Realized that I need a 100 oz bladder. Decided on the lobo..light weight, good storage, it's insulated and keeps my water cool! I put 104 oz in it shut the lid and didn't spill a drop. Without removing the bladder! I like the gel pouch on the shoulder. I wish that it came with some type of pouch on the waist belt, but I remedied that myself. You can fit cans of beer in the bladder if you want a cold one at the top! It'd be nice if it had a mp3/cell pocket on the shoulder strap. I can attach my helmet onto the flap that covers the bladder fill, AND ran some sraps on the bottom to secure my armour.
Awesome pack!

Comments about CamelBak Lobo Hydration Pack - 100 oz.:
As I have begun riding longer trips water has become an issue. Plus, I do not like riding and drinking out of the bottle at the same time. The Lobo CamelBak changed my riding experience. Forget bottles never again. Rode 65 miles yesterday and it was a better experience because I had easy access to all the water I could drink and then some. I have read comments about a plastic taste: that was not my experience. Also, I easily packed Cliff bars, a couple of bananas, tire repair kit, and spare tube in the pouches and side cargo nets.
