Comments about Keen Arroyo Sandals - Women's:
I LOVE the Arroyo crosstraining shoes! They're waterproof, love the red color and styling, and is incredibly comfortable-I wore them out of the store and wear them almost everyday! I wear them when I go for an outdoor jog, aerobics at the gym, to the waterpark/spray park with my kids, and for everyday casualwear. I have an average width foot, and I feel that the adjustable cord is a bit long, but I just tuck it under the laces. Keen's sizing seems to be inconsistent. I wear a different shoe size in Keen depending on what style I try on. I had to buy a half size down in the Arroyo.

Comments about Keen Arroyo Sandals - Women's:
I am old, must use orthotics to manage back, hip & ankle degeneration. I wore these with my orthotics to hike across Italy for 5 weeks. I had no pain and could keep up with the younger folks! Now I wear them around the house. Although they are quite a heavy shoe, the support and washability outweight that issue. Now, if only Keen could design this shoe for dress wear....

Comments about Keen Arroyo Sandals - Women's:
Went shopping for Keen sandals, and purchased these instead - so glad I did! They had great support from the get-go (no "break in" time), and have seen me through trips this year climbing over rocks, pavement, and many other surfaces in Utah, Montana, and next trip, Alaska. Comfy vents let feet breathe. Highly recommend!!

Comments about Keen Arroyo Sandals - Women's:
These shoes are extremely comfortable - I wish I had bought 2 pair (4 years ago). They're not as wide as the Newport shoe, so they fit my foot better. My foot is considered medium to narrow. The only complaint is that they make my feet sweat in the summer and then get unusually stinky. I know others with Keens that don't sweat in them, so it might be just me, but my other shoes don't cause this issue, so who knows. Based on other reviews, they may have improved the "sweat factor" in the past several years.

My partner and I each had to get a pair of these... and we are not the type of couple that likes to dress alike. (= We needed something that we could canoe the Boundary Waters in, which also meant quite a few portages. These are exactly the ticket! They dried quickly and stayed comfortable. Definitely durable.
