I have owned 3 pairs of the Lander pants. All 3 have have split in half during everyday usage after less than 10 times wearing them. [...] but it's just not worth it - they don't last more than a few months.

I manage a large California farm and these pants are a great balance between the office and the field. They are very comfortable, easily washed and pretty tough. I can easily move from walking fields to office meetings. Also, they're great for travel with the zippered pocket and the phone pocket on the right thigh is super convenient. I have stopped wearing jeans to work and wear several pairs of these pants exclusively.

I have worn the Lander short for three years and was pleased to see them make them into a long pair. Great casual look, comfortable. Loose fit in the leg and crotch make it easy to hike in. I wish they were a tad longer in the inseam, but then I am 6'3".
