    I've been buying Landers for years and I hate, hate, hate to say it, the quality has gone completely down hill. The stitching is poor, the finishing (how one part meets another part i.e.) is awful, the material itself has become so thin that it only lasts about one season (as apposed to year past that lasted two to three years with heavy use).

    Snaps that fall off their first use. Sizes are completely different between COLORS!

    I can't tell you how sad I am about this because I LOVED these pant.

    Oh well.

    On the bright side - having returned three pair to REI - they were great about it. REI rocks!

            These pants are great because they can be worn for a casual look, and are roomy and comfortable with the gusseted inseam. I first bought one pair, and find myself wearing them so often, I have just bought two more.

                these pants look nice, fit right, and are very comfortable and can be dressed up or down easily. i wear size 32 w 30 l and they fit great after a washing. very soft. look good. light weight enough to wear in the heat and roomy enough to wear some long underwear underneath in real cold conditions.

                  I agree with the reviewer that says their quality has tanked. I only wear these to work/casual around town and the seat just blew out after maybe a year. Too bad, I really liked them otherwise.

                  As others have said, these pants fit comfortably. The Alpine Tundra is a color that can be dressed up. I wore these in place of jeans during a winter trip to Japan and they were surprisingly warm given their lightweight. They do wrinkle easily though.

                    You can't go wrong with these pants. Like the label says, they're "not too fitted, not too loose." Good length, comfortable fit, quality construction. You'll like the zip-closed security pocket and the convenient right-leg utility pocket. The gusseted legs are very comfortable. Colors coordinate with everything. You'll definitely want to give these pants a try!
