  • Quick-drying Supplex® nylon is soft, lightweight, durable and wrinkle-resistant
  • Fabric provides UPF 50+ sun protection, shielding skin from harmful ultraviolet rays
  • Hand pockets with key/coin pocket; two cargo pockets and back pockets with rip-and-stick closures
  • Left cargo pocket has separate cell phone pocket for convenience; right cargo pocket has a zippered closure for extra security
  • Both cargo pockets have grommet holes for drainage
  • Elastic waist with built-in nylon webbing belt for a secure fit
  • Gusseted crotch facilitates freedom of movement for increased comfort

      Overall I like the pants. Great price, they are comfortable and breathable. They zip off easy for a nice short. My only complaint is there are no external belt loops. Looks a little funny with a polo shirt tucked into them. (for work) Also, I'm 6'3", so the short could be a little longer. That being said, I'll still throw them in the pack when I go out for the weekend.

        I like everything about these pants - except for the pleated cargo pockets. They drive me crazy! They tend to catch on everything - cabinet knobs, furniture arms, gates, brush, etc. It would be nice to have an "L" and "R" zipper pull on the legs for those of us that have a hard time figuring out which leg goes where.

          I was tired of having clothing wear out and break after wearing for a short time. I bought these about 6 months ago from REI because of the satisfaction guarantee. I've been totally satisfied. I wear them as often as I can. I've worn them while taking care of kids, riding my bike in the rain, working, running errands. They dry quickly. The pockets are great.
