- Unlike wick-and-flint and disposable lighters, the Colibri Extreme II's torch flame resists becoming extinguished by high winds
- Remains functional up to 13,000 feet; gaskets ensure mechanisms remain waterproof to three atmospheres
- Features a stainless-steel belt clip, lanyard and integrated compass measuring bearings in 10° increments
- Burns refillable butane fuel (sold separately)
