          OMG - I love this stuff!! Prevents chaffing. I put it on my feet to prevent blisters. I rub it on my body to prevent chaffing. This stuff is great. I don't know how I survived without it!!

            This stuff just works, eliminating chafing and blisters while hiking. Also prevents irritation from prolonged exposure to moisture (e.g., swimming, tropics). I carry it with me whenever I'm outdoors.

              Brought this on a weeklong backpacking trip on the American River. 7 switchbacks, dust, water and about 3,000ft in elevation change are just begging for blisters. My husband and I carry the med kit for our large group and we had a hard time keeping this stuff for ourselves! It saved my bacon when I started getting blisters on my hips from my pack.

              Great blister prevention, just put it on feet or any potential hotspots before you head out and your golden.
