Comments about Get Rhythm Buh-Bump Heart Rate Monitor Electrode Cream:
After a decade of using a HRM, I bought some Buh-Bump. I will never go back to using spit. I was a hard sell, because spit is free. Buh-Bump works far better than spit, doesn't dry out, and I never again face the cringe factor of wondering exactly how well I cleaned the sensors of my HRM after the last workout.
It only takes a tiny amount of Buh-Bump to coat the sensors. I also find wearing the chest strap more comfortable when I'm using this rather than saliva.

Comments about Get Rhythm Buh-Bump Heart Rate Monitor Electrode Cream:
I wished I had read the ingredients, I mixed my own from free hand cream from a hotel, and a pinch of Mortons light salt (it's potassium chloride), and it worked just as well.
The Suunto rep said to use a drop of water or water with dishwashing liquid, (some of them have salt)which kind of worked until I perspired. It's worth investigating for yourself, the price is right.

Comments about Get Rhythm Buh-Bump Heart Rate Monitor Electrode Cream:
As previously noted, a small dab will do so the small tube actually lasts a while. I like to wet the contacts w/water first and then use a dime-sized dab and spread it out w/a finger.
