Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
This little item makes such a quick and way delicious espresso, and rivals my home espresso machine (I actually think it tastes better, but I hate to admit it) Not bitter brew, sweet and strong flavor. Their website has a little video that shows how it works. If I hadn't tasted some at a little coffee roaster place in town that sells them, I wouldn't have purchased it. Then I would be less happy.... I use it at work every day, and take it backpacking and on trips w/ me.

This coffee press is so easy to use and makes a fantastic cup of coffee. It was great to take car camping and was easy cleanup.

Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
This makes excellent coffee and is much easier to clean than the nalgene bottle french press I've taken backpacking in the past. I just got this for xmas, so I haven't used in the back country yet, but I'm confident it'll make it into my pack. I like to travel fast and light, but good coffee is worth a little extra space and weight.

Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
This thing creates the smoothest cup of coffee you will ever have. No bitterness and no creamer needed. Easy to use and clean up. A bit bulky and not the nicest looking device for you kitchen(looks like lab equipment) but worth it for everything else! You do need a solid surface for your mug to press the coffee. Highly recommended to give it a try.

Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
I was skeptical. Even more skeptical when I opened the box. "No way this thing can make a good cup of coffee".
Well, it proved me wrong. That was some of the best coffee I've ever had while backpacking. It was just like the coffee from the French press that I usually use, except it tasted better, it was faster, and there was no mud at the bottom of the cup. Plus, it was way easier to clean.
Some minor quibbles would be that you need stable ground to press the coffee into the cup and the need for proprietary filters.

Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
I've found this the perfect coffee maker for all occasions. I bought it because it looked like a great camping coffee maker. It's light, tough, and cleans up beautifully -- no wiping or rinsing is necessary. But it makes such good coffee that I started using it at home and soon retired both my drip coffee maker and my stovetop espresso maker. I've had to leave two behind and buy new ones because people (including my mom) became enamored of mine and wouldn't let me leave with it.
I've used this thing for several cups a day for a year and a half, including 8 months in Nepal both on the trekking route and off. I bring it on road trips so as to avoid the torture of hotel and gas station coffee. If they provide hot water for tea, the Aeropress is good to go.

Comments about Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker:
Been searching for the ultimate of cup of coffee for the great outdoors. My search is now over. This is the best coffee I have ever tasted in the backcountry and is even better than most found in more "civilized" surroundings. And it's easy!

Great cup of coffee, able to drink without cream. Filter can be reused multiple times, really does take out the bitterness
