The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Slime Lite Schrader Tube - 26 x 1.75 - 2.12:
I bought this from REI online. [...] Back to the product, It seem lighter than the normal Slime tube. I am not sure why they make the stem longer than usual. My biggest complain is that I never had a leak with cheap tube but all the 3 slime tubes had leak within 2 months of used during my Mountain Biking ride.

Comments about Slime Lite Schrader Tube - 26 x 1.75 - 2.12:
I do urban riding, touring, commuting, and trail riding on my bike.
I used these tubes for a year and was very frustrated with them. I had to pump up the tires every 1-2 days to keep the pressure where I wanted it. Not just a few psi either, 2-3 days and they would lose 15-20 psi. Every time you pump the tube some of the slime comes out the valve. Eventually you have no slime left.
This wasn't something that progressively worsened. This was something I dealt with the whole year on both front and back tires. Not worth the extra $$ if you're not using these for racing. Get the regular weight tubes if you use you bike daily. I use kevlar tires so I don't even know if it's worth the extra $$ for slime tubes.

Comments about Slime Lite Schrader Tube - 26 x 1.75 - 2.12:
It's very good as a product goes, the only thing that annoyed me just a bit was that the stem of the valve was really long, a lot longer than in the picture, but it's still a good tube, i had one small problem were the tube made some strange squeaks, but then i tightened the valve top and it stopped. so it's a good product, and it didn't spit slime when i let the air out, but it looks weird.
P,S. the valve top/screw, is bright green, not black.

slime tubes are great, although you may consider them to heavy for competitive cycling.
pros: instantly seals itself up when the tube is punctured.
cons: if you already have air in the tube and want to release the air, when you press down on the schrader opening, you'll find that the slime spits out.
